Tasting note
The Château Pavie 2016 bouquet delights with a unique combination of aromas of flowers, gravel, smoke, licorice, espresso and very ripe plums and black cherries. On the palate, it is powerful, dense, concentrated and full-bodied with a finish that lasts extremely long and never fails to surprise. This sophisticated wine requires at least 10 years of storage in the cellar so that it can fully develop.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with tournedos, filet mignon, lamb shoulder, guinea fowl, rabbit pepper and French cheeses such as Saint-Nectaire and Tomme de Savoie.
