Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red. The nose shows intense notes of blackcurrants, cherries and blackberries, accompanied by fine notes of graphite, violet and delicate spice. On the palate, the wine is elegant and precise, with silky tannins, fresh acidity and a beautiful minerality that gives it length and finesse. The finish is clear, balanced and complex.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with grilled or braised beef, lamb chops and game dishes. Fine poultry variants such as guinea fowl or duck as well as aged hard cheese are also ideal companions.
