Tasting note
Intense garnet red robe with purple reflections. On the nose, delicate floral notes and aromas of cherries and red currants, accompanied by a touch of toasted oak. Dense and characterful on the palate, well balanced with structured tannins and a long-lasting finish.

Goes well with fried poultry, rack of lamb, beef tenderloin and aged cheese.
Vinification
14 months in new (50%) and used (50%) barriques.
