Tasting note
Medium ruby. Open, pleasantly sweet bouquet, cooked raspberries. Light, elegant on the palate. velvet extract.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with risotto with porcini mushrooms, leg of lamb, beef tenderloin, venison stew, mutton chops.
Vinification
15 to 20 days of fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aging in French oak barrels (around 50% new barrels) for 18 months.
