Tasting note
Intense, deep ruby red. Aromatic on the nose with scents of blackberries, black cherries and plums, spicy, roasted notes, chocolate. Strong on the palate with velvety tannins, elegant structure, long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, lamb, braised dishes
Vinification
Fermentation in steel tanks, malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Then aged in French barriques for around 12 months.
