About the wine
Château La Favière presents great, drinkable Bordeaux wines full of power and elegance, which touch all senses with their harmony. Château la Favière is located in Saint-Surin sur l'Isle in the Saint-Emilion area. The typical Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties grow on 18.5 hectares. The soil is a mixture of sand and gravel, with a layer of clay in the subsoil. Thanks to the oceanic climate, the grapes ripen perfectly.

Made from 70% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, this unforgettable Bordeaux wine is pressed and aged in oak barriques for 18 months. A deep, exceptionally intense red delights the eye, strong aromas of ripe fruit and, as a counterpoint, delicious notes of grilled black truffle. The palate has an unforgettably rich, silky structure. A perfectly balanced wine that delights with the long aftertaste of great Bordeaux wines.
