Tasting note
The La Croix des Templiers Pomerol has a deep ruby red color. On the nose, it develops a rich bouquet of dark cherries, plums and chocolate, accompanied by spicy notes. On the palate, it has a velvety texture with soft tannins and an elegant, long-lasting finish. A classic Pomerol that harmoniously combines finesse and power.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fine pieces of meat, mushrooms, stew, veal
Vinification
The cuvée consists primarily of Merlot, supplemented by a smaller portion of Cabernet Franc. The grapes are picked by hand and carefully selected. After traditional fermentation, the wine ages in oak barrels to develop its complexity and structure.
