About the wine

The winemaker from the French winery Château L'Ermitage greets us with this wine that he grows in the Côtes du Rhône countryside. Tasting note
Fine pale yellow. Fresh white fruits and flowers on the nose. Aromas of pears, peaches and lychees on the palate. Rich body with subtle fruit acid. Grenache provides richness and Roussanne provides balancing acidity.
Culinary recommendation
It is the perfect aperitif, or accompaniment to asparagus, fish, white meat, seafood, risotto or a hearty salad.
Vinification
Cooling the harvest when the grapes are received. Cooling the must for natural clarification. Winemaking at a low temperature. Aged 3 months on yeast.
