The winemaker from the Greek winery Domaine Costa Lazaridi greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. With the fine Château Julia Assyrtiko from 2019, you will positively surprise your guests.

Tasting note
Light, pale blonde with subtle shades of green. Elegant bouquet with notes of chamomile, lemon blossom and flint. Full-bodied, well-structured and persistent, yet rich and lively. Long aftertaste with a hint of lemon.

Vinification
Cooling the incoming grapes at 10 °C, hand picking, selecting by hand for optimum quality, squeezing and straining, pressing, part of the production is cold soaked, into fermenters, tapping at a very low temperature for optimum clarity, alcoholic fermentation at 14°C -18°C to achieve primary and secondary aromas, transfer to stainless steel tanks and stir yeast. It is stored 4 to 5 years after harvest.
