Tasting note
The wine has intense aromas of violets, black plums, cherries, licorice and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, opulent and profound, with a long, mineral-salty one.
Culinary recommendation
These wines go well with grilled meat, lamb dishes and strong cheeses. They are also ideal accompaniments to dishes with legumes, such as a lentil salad.
