Tasting note
Seductive bouquet of yellow jonagold, nectarine, lemon balm and primrose. Lively and complex on the palate, elegant, precise and with distinct minerality. Medium-strong body, accompanied by a clear, aromatic citrus note and a touch of beeswax on a straight finish.
Culinary recommendation
A treat with poultry, fish, soft cheese and puff pastry. Also great with pies, fish carpaccio, morel cream sauce or a hearty cheese soufflé.
