About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this distinctive Merlot 2014 — Château Fayat Pomerol AOC. The calcareous, gravelly soils north and east of Gironde and Dordogne form the breeding ground for this Merlot. The winemaker from the French winery Château Fayat knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Merlot with duck or poultry.
