About the wine
In the middle of the Provençal hinterland of Sainte-Maxime and Cannes is Domaine des Sarrins, the second winery of renowned champagne producer Bruno Paillard. Sarrins produce excellent natural produce, and the red wine has an exceptional class. The grape blend is typical of the region (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan), and the cellar development is long and complex. This gives the wine its balanced, intense character with the finest Provence spice in the style of a class château euf.

Tasting note
In the middle of the Provençal hinterland of Sainte-Maxime and Cannes is Domaine des Sarrins, the second winery of renowned champagne producer Bruno Paillard. Excellent wines are produced using organic farming. The red wine, a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan varieties typical of Provence, matures in 300 liter barrels for a good 2 years. This gives the wine its balanced, intense character with the finest Provence seasoning in the style of a class Châteauneuf
