The winemaker from the Swiss winery Bolle is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and sunny countryside of Vaud. Tasting note
Color: dark but brilliant, with red-violet reflections; bouquet: aromas of black fruits (blueberries, ripe cherries) and spices (vanilla, cloves); palate: Beautifully rounded wine, marked by notes of fruit, with a fine hint of oak. The tannins are velvety and supple.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Jung, it goes perfectly with summer specialties (carpaccio, grilled food). After a year in the bottle, it goes well with game, red meat and hard cheese.
