Tasting note
Das bleibt im Gedächtnis: Sein edles Purpurrot verleiht jedem Anlass eine besondere Note. Ein fruchtiger Rotwein mit kräftigem Körper und markanter Säure, welcher angenehm mit fein ausgebauten Tanninen auf Zunge und im Gaumen seine lebendige Struktur entfaltet.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, veal shanks, pot roast, poultry, suckling pig, mushrooms and cheese.
Vinification
The freshly harvested grapes are transported directly to the estate's wine press. Winemaking is carried out exclusively by Hammel in accordance with traditional and environmentally friendly principles. Aging for 14 months in oak barrels (demi-muids) of 600 liters.
