About the wine
The Domaine Pibarnon is a winery beautifully situated in pine forests in Bandol with spectacular views of the dreamy Calanques rocky coast east of Marseille. Here in this dry and hot climate, the demanding grape Mourvèdre is the master of the house, elsewhere it is usually only used as part of the blend. Eric de Saint-Victor, the son of the winery founder, relies on tradition. Mourvédre and Cinsault share the assemblage for this exceptionally characterful and substantial rosé. With its delicacy, fine spiciness and delicate Mediterranean florality, it represents a real wine personality. This makes rosé a joy and a welcome addition to the wine range.
