About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this strong Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 — Château de Pennautier Terroirs d'Altitude. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine de Lorgeril is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the sunny Languedoc-Roussillon countryside. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Cabernet Sauvignon is very good to serve with Gruyère burgers or red meat.

Tasting note
Full-bodied, harmonious aromas of cassis and blackberries, which are elegantly combined with spicy notes, menthol and cocoa scents. Rich, generous, fine, intense tannins. Dense, dark garnet red.
