Tasting note
Color: Intense cherry red. Aroma: Aromatic and complex on the nose; fragrant, pleasant notes of raspberries, cherries and blackberries. Character: On the palate, a nice fruit and youthful freshness. The aroma of red berries is repeated with a wonderful balance.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with mushroom dishes, lamb and fried poultry, barbecues, traditional Swiss cuisine, but also with mature cheese and much more.
Vinification
Ageing in stainless steel tanks.
