About the wine
Elegant white wine with fine aromas of ripe fruit, floral nuances and subtle minerality. Harmonious, balanced and long-lasting — awarded gold at the Mondial du Chasselas 2025. Perfect with fish, poultry or light appetizers.

Tasting note
The wine has a brilliant, light yellow colour. On the nose, complex aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and mineral notes develop. On the palate, it is harmonious with a fine structure, lively freshness and an elegant finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif and with cheese specialities such as fondue, raclette and quiches. It also goes well with poached freshwater fish and vegetable or fish terrines.
Vinification
The grapes come from the sun-drenched vineyards of Château de Malessert, whose history dates back to the 10th century. After careful harvesting, traditional vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and typicity of Chasselas.
