The Château de Malessert "Cuvée 996" Grand Cru Féchy is a white wine from the Vaud municipality of Féchy, which brings out the elegance and finesse of the Chasselas grape.

Tasting note
The wine has a brilliant, light yellow colour. Aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits develop on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious with a fine minerality and an elegant finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif and with cheese specialities such as fondue, raclette and quiches. It also goes well with poached freshwater fish and vegetable or fish terrines.
Vinification
The grapes come from the sun-drenched vineyards of Château de Malessert, whose history dates back to 996. After careful harvesting, traditional vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and typicity of Chasselas.
