Vinification
The invigorating character of this elegant Sancerre white wine is characterized by the Terres de Silex from the Château de Fontaine-Audon vineyard. The vines are rooted deep in this thick layer of rock and allow the Sauvignon Blanc grapes to ripen with remarkable speed. Gravity pressure preserves the acidity without destemming before the wine ages in stainless steel containers for over six months. The wines aged in amphorae give this unique wine the finishing touch.
