Tasting note
Full-bodied, intensely dominant aromas of black berry compote. Roasted flavor, cocoa accompanied by a touch of pepper. Generous and meaty, with ripe, well-integrated tannins and a long-lasting finish of beautiful presence. Dense, very dark garnet red.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with charcuterie, duck breast, poultry, grilled beef cutlets and refined cheeses.
