Tasting note
Very pleasant with spicy notes, black fruit aromas (sour cherry, blackberry), paired with a subtle roasted note. Lively, full-bodied, greasy and long start. Nice balance and great complexity. A racy and elegant wine. Precise very beautiful garnet red with a wonderful purple shimmer.
Culinary recommendation
Grillladen (marinated lamb skewers, duck breast with figs, salt-crusted beef), game dishes (rabbit pepper, venison chops with pepper sauce).
