About the wine
The origins of Château d'Es-Bons probably date back to the 13th century, when it was a monastery of Franciscan monks. Since 1927, the Streit family has been cultivating the vineyard under the Bio Suisse label, which allows a wide range of biological diversity to be preserved. The vineyard is located north of the castle, facing south on a moderately steep moraine with a medium-heavy, relatively calcareous soil.

Color: Nice red robe Nose: Fruity and complex bouquet. In the mouth: Fine and heartfelt, with silky tannins and a nice length.
