About the wine
The slate, loamy soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Pinot Noir. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Louis Latour knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. With the dominant Pinot Noir 2011 — Château Corton-Grancey, you can offer your guests something very special. Tasting note
The Château Corton Grancey Grand Cru is dark ruby red in the glass. On the nose, notes of blackcurrant and blackberry. Full-bodied and generous on the palate with aromas of black cherry, licorice and nutmeg, but with a touch of pepper. The aftertaste is powerful and juicy with persistent fullness. A treat!

Duck, grilled meat, beef, cheese
Vinification
Hand harvest. Fermentation traditionally in large, open wooden barrels. The wine is then aged for ten to twelve months in oak barrels specially made by the Louis Latour coopers.
