Tasting note
Intense ruby red. Complex bouquet with aromas of blackberries, plums, raspberries and cedar. Intense on the palate, subtle spicy and vanilla aromas. Powerful body with smooth tannins and nice structure. On the finish, slightly peppery notes with subtle woody aromas.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler is recommended for slightly spicy red meat, poultry and duck.
Vinification
The wines are vinified according to the latest findings and aged in new and one-year barriques for 12 — 14 months.
