About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Château Carmenère greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Bordeaux countryside. With the fine Chateau Carmenere Medoc AOC from 2012, you will positively surprise your friends. When ordering 12 bottles, the wines are delivered in a beautiful wooden box.

Tasting note
The Château Carmenère Médoc has a deep ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of dark berries, spices and a touch of herbs develop. On the palate, it is full-bodied with well-integrated tannins and a long, elegant finish.
Culinary recommendation
This wine goes well with grilled meat, lamb dishes and strong cheeses. It is also an ideal accompaniment to dishes with legumes, such as a lentil salad.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels to develop structure and complexity.
