Vinification
The grapes for Château Cantenac Brown 2012 are picked by hand and carefully sorted. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and aromas of the grapes. The wine ages for 12 to 18 months in barriques (40-50% new oak), which gives it additional complexity and structure.
