Tasting note
The playful aromas of fruit compote, spices and tobacco express a lot of character with a very special structure. Next, the salient shades of black cherry, black plum and black pepper reveal their own character. With subdued, pleasantly developed tannins, a strong body and dominant acidity, this fruity red wine presents its flawless structure.
Culinary recommendation
The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 2016-2032. Flaschenpost team is recommended to accompany ribeye steak, red meat and pizza with mushrooms.
Vinification
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc mature in oak barrels (55% new barrique) for a maximum of 18 months.
