About the wine
Fertile landscapes in Neuchâtel give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Swiss winery Cave Molondin conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this chasselas with terrines or an aperitif.

Tasting note
Color: Clear medium-density lemon yellow with slight grey-green reflections. Aromas: Aromas of white flowers, honey and Granny Smith apples, accompanied by notes of yeast. Body: Lively, long start, dry, present minerality and acidity, fine texture, subtle, fruity aromas on the finish. Quality: Youthful, creamy and easy to drink wine, for uncomplicated enjoyment.

It goes well with aperitif, light pastries, freshwater fish or hot and cold cheese dishes.
