About the wine
Elegant burgundy with aromas of white flowers, citrus and fine vanilla. The palate is full-bodied, harmonious and mineral-rich, with a long, fresh finish. Perfect with fine fish, crustaceans, poultry in creamy sauce or mild cheese.

Tasting note
The Chassagne Montrachet shines attractively pale gold in the glass. On the nose, the scent of orchard and exotic fruits, accompanied by soft notes of roasted hazelnuts and vanilla. Rich on the palate with fresh almonds and a mineral finish. A beautifully structured wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, seafood, charcuterie, soft cheeses.
Vinification
Hand harvest. The wine is aged for eight to ten months in oak barrels specially made by the Louis Latour coopers, with complete malolactic fermentation.
