About the wine
With the fine Charmes - Chambertin AOC Grand Cru, which was produced in 2010, you will certainly have a lot of fun. The slate, calcareous soils in Burgundy offer the winemaker from the French winery Jean-Claude Boisset everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs.

Tasting note
Color: Strong ruby red. Aroma: On the nose, a wonderful bouquet of red fruits, rose petals and vanilla, accompanied by fine wood nuances. Character: Soft, silky texture on the palate with well-integrated tannins and aromas of ripe fruit. Wonderful aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb fillet, beef stroganoff as well as game specialties, hard cheese and much more.
Vinification
Aging in French barriques for 15 months, 40% in new oak barrels.
