About the wine
Characterful Chardonnay with aromas of ripe peaches and pears, herbs in the background. Round and harmonious, but not cheesy or sweet. Perfect with quiche, olives or cheese.

Tasting note
On the nose, ripe yellow fruit is accompanied by subtle, lightly herbal notes. On the palate, the wine feels full and rounded, with perfect balance. The careful use of oak adds harmony and drinkability without dominating. Flavours of ripe peach and juicy pear shape the finish. A very coherent and pleasantly approachable Chardonnay.
Culinary recommendation
It goes perfectly with grilled fish, lobster or shrimp. It is also an excellent choice for creamy pasta dishes, risotto with mushrooms or poultry in creamy sauces. It is also a good addition to cheeses such as brie, camembert or mild gouda.
