Tasting note
Ripe tropical fruits and intense citrus aromas on the nose, crisp, fully ripe fruit aromas on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with creamy pasta, poultry, fish and finely seasoned vegetable dishes.
Vinification
The wine was aged partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in wood: 50% of the wine fermented and aged in barriques for six months, with the wine being stirred every two days and then weekly (bâtonnage).
