About the wine
Gary and Kathy Jordan have been among the top producers in the Cape since 1993. Although both are career changers (Kathy has a degree in economics, Gary is a geologist), they form a phenomenal team of winemakers. On 146 hectares with a wide variety of soil conditions and microclimates, they produce plants of international quality, which characterize individuality and polish in equal measure. The range of grape varieties is wide and includes almost all classic European varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

Vinification
It was aged for 9 months on lees in barriques, of which 51% are new and 49% are two-year old. 8% tank-fermented juice was added before bottling to preserve the desired fine citrus aromas. Biological acid degradation.
