About the wine
We have a special, strong white wine from 2015 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The wine-growing regions of the South African winery Creation Wines extend across the landscapes where the experienced winemaker produces this white wine. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Chardonnay is very good to serve with asparagus or goat cheese.

Tasting note
Straw yellow color. On the nose, wonderful aromas of peaches and notes of vanilla. On the palate, CREATION Chardonnay is rich, harmonious and very fruity, with well-integrated tannins and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dishes such as fried chicken, creamy pasta variations or grilled fish. Its balanced acidity and fruity notes complement both light and richer dishes in an ideal way.
Vinification
Aged for 8 months in 30% new and 70% used French barriques.
