Chardonnay VS's fruity scent spectrum of passion fruit, peach and almond skilfully flirts with your sense of smell. Afterwards, fruity nuances of lemon, lime and apple decisively and consciously convince your senses of taste. Vinification
A low canopy allows optimal sun exposure. Minimal irrigation was used. The fruits ripened slowly and formed small clusters with highly concentrated aromas. The grapes were harvested at 24.5° B and the entire grape was pressed to 1.4 bar pressure. The juice was allowed to rest for two days and filled into kegs. Fermentation took place over a period of two weeks using 100% wild yeast. The wine spent 11 months on the lees. New and second small French oak barrels were used.
