About the wine
The Finca Ambrosia winery is located in Gualtallary near Mendoza. With the support of the well-known terroir expert Pedro Parra, the cultivation of the soil and the vines was refined to obtain the best quality from the grapes. Robert Parker already rated the first vintage of the young winery with 95 points, which gives an idea of the potential of the subsequent vintages.

Tasting note
Pale straw yellow, with notes of apple, plum and lemon on the nose. Well-integrated acidity on the palate, fine fruit with a long finish and versatile aromas.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 8°-10°C. The following period is the ideal enjoyment phase of this wine: 2014 - 2020. Flaschenpost team tip: Chardonnay Vina Unica goes perfectly with fish with herbs, goat cheese and asparagus.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed after selective hand-picking. The subsequent ageing for a period of nine months takes place in French oak barrels.
