About the wine
1991 marks the beginning of the success story of Badet-Clément and Les Jamelles in Languedoc-Roussillon: In this year, the Burgundian couple Catherine and Laurent Delaunay, trained in the New World, began to produce their Les Jamelles line, which is primarily based on varietal wines. Badet-Clément is now one of the most successful French export wineries, whose originality and quality are recognized by the international trade press and whose Les Jamelles wines are regularly awarded in competitions.

Tasting note
Beautiful yellow, slight green reflections: That's what this fruity, fresh, balanced Chardonnay is for the eye. The nose is caressed by an intense bouquet, peach, pineapple and mango notes, plus a touch of grass and lime blossom. On the palate, the wine is dry, soft and incredibly aromatic and harmonious.

Goes well with grilled or fried fish.
