Tasting note
Light golden yellow. Ripen-fruity aromas of quince, notes of orange peel and honey, nuances of vanilla, hazelnuts, walnuts and dried figs complete the bouquet. Pleasant, harmonious wine, full-bodied, refreshing acidity, intense fruit on the palate, accompanied by a long-lasting finish of barrique notes. Very round and pleasant sweet wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fois gras, caviar, nougat and tea pastries and ice cream.
