Tasting note
Bright sparkly yellow Aromatic nose with flowers, marzipan and fresh fruit. Dense and spicy on the palate. Hildegard lets this Chardonnay ferment in a barrel, giving it body and intensity. An exciting terroir Chardonnay from the south of France.
