About the wine
Gary and Kathy Jordan have been among the top producers in the Cape since 1993. Although both are career changers (Kathy has a degree in economics, Gary is a geologist), they form a phenomenal team of winemakers. On 146 hectares with a wide variety of soil conditions and microclimates, they produce plants of international quality, which characterize individuality and polish in equal measure. The range of grape varieties is wide and includes almost all classic European varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with sea fish, paëlla and Mediterranean stew dishes.
Vinification
Fermentation and maturation in steel tanks; as a result, greater emphasis on the typical fruit aromas. The wine remained on the yeast for 4 months and the batonnage was carried out.
