Tasting note
A wine of bright yellow color and a balanced flower of pineapple and banana. Characterful, well-structured and pleasantly salty on the tongue. The partial aging in oak barrels gives this wine a lot of power and elegance.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation, aged for 7 months on the first yeast with regular batonnage in large oak barrels, 50% have fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on fine yeast for 7 months
