About the wine
What Markus Schneider has achieved in recent years is hard to believe. In 1994, he started from scratch, so to speak. And today, 22 years later, he and his team process over 92 hectares, fill around 800,000 bottles a year and is described by the German trade press as The Phenomenon and The Favourite of the Young Scene.

Tasting note
Appealing nose of citrus and exotic fruits such as pineapple, passion fruit, mango and honeydew melon. On the palate, with balanced acidity, mineral and fruity notes of ripe papaya, mango and citrus fruits. More pleasant and persistent finish.

Vinification
After selective harvesting, the grapes are kept cool for 12 hours. It is then gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before the wine is bottled after a short period of aging.
