Tasting note
Bright yellow with green reflections. Pleasant notes of fresh apple on the nose. On the palate, crisp acidity, light body - tasty finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with tagliatelle with tomatoes, olives and giant prawns, grilled fish and as an aperitif.
Vinification
Gentle pressing and short fermentation of 6 to 8 hours in steel tanks.
