Tasting note
In a bright golden yellow, Chardonnay presents a harmonious balance between fruity and woody notes. Aromas of ripe apples, pears and citrus fruits blend with a touch of butter, vanilla and lightly roasted wood. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and creamy, with an elegant acid structure that ensures freshness. The aftertaste is long and round, with a slight mineral touch.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled fish, poultry dishes such as chicken in creamy sauce, as well as creamy pasta dishes or mild cheeses such as brie and camembert.
Vinification
It is aged in traditional wooden barrels (piece barrels) to reinforce the character of the grape variety and give the wine a particular depth and structure. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to preserve freshness, while aging in wood provides additional aromas of vanilla, butter and nutty nuances.
