Tasting note
Light yellow color with sparkling, shiny reflections. Fine, delicate perlage that combines tenderness, purity and elegance. Mineral and brioche aromas, accompanied by apple and citrus fruit aromas. Pure on the palate, characterized by fineness and refreshing freshness.
Vinification
Pierre Zéro wines are produced using traditional winemaking methods, i.e. through classic vinification, to bring out the wine's key aromas. The centrifugal column method is then used to remove the alcohol. This means that no heating is necessary and the wines retain a large part of their aromas.
