About the wine
The name Chardonnay Riserva comes from the watercourse located not far from the vineyard, the “Ri del Märla”.

Tasting note
Intense gold Bouquet: typical grape varietal aromas of fruits that go well with the vanilla aroma created by aging in wood. Pleasant and full, but fresh and pleasant at the same time
Culinary recommendation
It goes well as an aperitif, fish or prepared rice and pasta dishes.
Vinification
After pressing and clarifying the must, alcoholic fermentation takes place, half in stainless steel and the other half in wood. The wine remained in small oak barrels for 7 months, in stainless steel for 6 months and finally in bottles for 10 months
