Tasting note
Bietighöfer's Chardonnay Reserve was aged in wooden barrels. The beautiful nose shows aromas of honeydew melon, apricots, quince, pear, orange zest, some brioche, a touch of vanilla, almonds, walnut and acacia flowers. Full, juicy on the palate, beautiful, delicately fruity taste, beguiling texture, rich in finesse, complex, very elegant and a very long aftertaste.
