Tasting note
Pure Classic Chardonnay is a pure, elegant white wine from byHeinrich, which successfully combines freshness, structure and aromatic depth. This Chardonnay was aged partly in steel tanks and partly in French oak barrels — a combination that gives it both clarity and a fine texture. On the nose, the wine develops a subtle but complex aroma with delicate exotic notes, a touch of banana and a fine wood tone that is subtly integrated and gives the wine a pleasant complexity. On the palate, the Pure Classic impresses with a fine acidity, dry character and a balanced structure. It is straightforward, clear and harmonious, with an animating finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, pasta with creamy sauces or mild soft cheeses.
Vinification
Hand-picked grapes, short mashing time, spontaneous fermentation and complete malolactic transformation. Aged for 10-15 months on fine yeast in large wooden barrels and bottled naturally — a powerful, mineral, terroir Chardonnay with fine creaminess and elegant acid structure, whose style is strongly reminiscent of large, classic Burgundy.
